The purpose of my visit was to explore the historic charm of Ciutadella, and my experience at the hotel was truly delightful. Everything was exceptional, but I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the air conditioning in my room, which made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel’s attention to detail, from the beautiful decor to the helpful staff, contributed significantly to a memorable experience.
